When to go
  • Buenos Aires is ideal in Southern Hemisphere’s fall (Mar-May) and spring (Sept-Nov). The city gets really charming during October and November, when the Jacaranda trees begin to bloom.

  • The world's biggest polo event, the Argentine Open Polo Championships, is held at the polo grounds in Palermo, near the Las Cañitas neighborhood, in late November and early December, attracting moneyed crowds from around the world who get to mingle with visiting British royalty. Shopping
  • Buenos Aires is also widely known as the “ shopper`s paradise”. Because of its cheaper but definitely quality shopping items, it is undoubtedly the best shopping city in the whole of Latin America
  • Florida Street - This is the city's most famous pedestrian street and an important commercial area where leather clothing, shoes, record stores and numerous newsstands as well as restaurants and cafes. Depending on the time of the day there can be many street artists entertaining tourists with their tango dancing
